Kompart produces light wares in sintered expanded polystyrene (SEP) according to the modular thechnology for the Plastedil swiss multinational building trade in possession of the Plastbau system.
Kompart production uses the modern concept of “building through integral thermic coat”.
Kompart products (roof panels, side walls, walls, tamponades, false ceiling, party walls, lofts, formworks) consider:
- the insulation requirements (thanks to the polystyrene component) and conservation (thermic bridge elimination, k thermic cut down – that is “U”, thermic transmittance restraint, less use of fuel electrical power and for heating / cooling ideal air – conditioning)
- better environment protection (less fuel air intake, less escavation for clay removing / collection)
- sound – proofing improvement
- site requires (large portion, safety lightening, facility handling, semplicity of use, carpentry cut)
- seismic answer improvement (earthquake – proof)
- energetic certification (European directive 2002 / 91 / CE)
